Goblin & Worgen racial abilities

It's a bit old, looking at the date, but I just found this on the web. Don't think it's official yet though.

Goblin racial abilites:

• Best Deals Anywhere – You always receive the best discount regardless of faction. This means that you will be saving alot of money if you happen to purchase alot of stuff from vendors.
  
• Pack Hobgoblin – This racial in Cataclysm will call your personal servant allowing you bank access for a duration of 1 minute. 30 mins cooldown.
  
• Better Living Through Chemistry – Goblin Alchemists will have their skills increased by 15.
  
• Rocket Barrage – This Goblin racial ability launches your belt rockets an an enemy, dealing fire damage. 2 min cooldown.
  
• Rocket Jump – This goblin racial trait will activate your rocket belt to jump forward.
  
• Time is Money – 1% increased attack and casting speed.

To me these racial abilities seems very overpowered compared to other races, but if I get my wish fulfilled to change my shammy to goblin I really shouldn't complain.

Worgen racials:

• Viciousness: +1% damage is given to Worgens
  
• Dark Flight: Worgen get 70% run speed for 10 seconds
  
• Abberation: Length of Curses and Diseases reduced by 15%
  
• Flayer: Skinning skill increased by 15 and allows you to skin faster. Skinning knife not required for skinning.
  
• Two Forms: This is a cosmetic switch that transforms you from Worgen to Human, or Human to Worgen. In combat you will always remain a Worgen, but when you’re out of combat you can turn human

Both races starting to look superior to others races already in my opinion.

Goblins look waaaaay overpowered.

Aren't they changing all the racials? I heard they'll revamp them all
