Nervousnes is for Noobs

Well i have a seminar infront of 100 pepoul in 20 min... abit nervous yes....

The worst thing that can happen is that after im done the aditorium is compleatly quiet and i hand pops up and i get the question "are you some kind of a morron sir?" ....... Lets just hope that dont happen... well off i go...

My worst nightmare that is, I'm terribly shy :S

Lectures are excellent. I for one enjoy the thetricals of it. You go on and on and on, and whole auditorium either sleeps, or simply dont understand what the hell are you bablling about.

Thats in the case of really narrow scientific congress, when you try to convey what you do to people who either know all on the subject more or less or to the people who dont have a first clue about it.

Teaching to kids is a totaly different story. its really fun, and if you get their interest going it can be quite rewarding as well!

Well i survied and i give myself C-, However i am ofter critical of myself and the respons i got from others was good, My slides where good B+ imo but the execution was badly prepaired i lost myself from time to time so i hade to focus on what i needed to say and thereby lost that "conaction" i need whit the adiens to give them the so called "Lea flavor".... Well all said it was a great lecure and realy informative and not to hard to understand so i take it as plus. However what are they to say..... "you suck" .... well sins Schaah was not in the audiens that feedback did not come up...

All and all as said C- the slides where good but to little time preparing the verbal delivery so to say was the problem but that is something i can fix to next time...

And i agree whit you Tesh teashing is so much fun imo aswell... i realy enjoy it...

Mee??? Say something like that??? No way Lea, If would home been in the audiens and been in "Lets mess with Lea" mood, I would have done some thing like borrow 6 -8 kids in different collors and bribed them to run up to you shouting: "Daddy Daddy whos mummy is your favoite wife"
