Doomed raiders legacy

Well i have been talking about this whit some pepoul and my ide is to make some sort of video memorising doomed riders in WotLK before Cata hits.... However i do need to learn how to use recording programs and such and also i need to find the time for it but i have some ides right now and its forming up slowly but steadaly....

Now to the point of this Thread. Im calling on all of you ,who wants to ofc, to try to find some "old" gear that you used early when you where still lvl. The reson for this is that i want to show a progresson of the characters. I dont right knowe how yett but i just want to give you all a heads up. It might be the shield from scarlet monastary it might be some thing ells but i want players to look "low lvl" so to say...

As i said i dont knowe when i start "filming" or rather what i need but i will keep you all updated on this tread...

Also suggestions, Pics and Videos are ofc welcomme but in the end it all need to fitt toghter so i will give my self "directors cut" rights....

Think I've trashed most of my old gear..

On the filming part I would suggest that you use Fraps to record and Sony Vegas to edit.. 2 very nice programmes.. If you don't really feel like editing maybe I can help you out with it, but it can't be earlier than july/august..

That's what I thought as well. I've also been fooling around with a few programs. There is a free version of fraps but it only records for 30 seconds and then it stops (or I'm just doing something wrong )

I've also tried WeGame, it's not bad and it lets you record video and sound. Don't know if this is an issue but WeGame doesn't record the mouse cursor, so you see no little hands floating around the screen.

hehe yeah that was an Epic meeting... and sure we need to recreat that and i think i remamber the gear i hade back then it was made from tailoring it think...

regarding all the ides thx all and thx for the pointers on progrem to use i hade a few in mind but i will check them all out and maybee buy my myself a new separat harddrive...
